Good to know
- Prices are fixed, in AUD and exclude GST. Anything beyond a package’s limits is a fixed-price extra, agreed before we start.
- An automation is one task that runs by itself, such as a follow-up reminder or a weekly report.
- Essentials and Growth: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Custom: 40% to start, 40% at an agreed midpoint and 20% at launch. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- The first 3 months of Care are included. After that it’s month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Growth and Custom need Care while we run your automations; if you stop, we hand everything over with documentation.
- Third-party costs (for example job-management or accounting software subscriptions, SMS costs or AI usage) are passed on at cost and listed in your quote before you commit.

Do I have to change my job or quoting software?
No. We work with the software you already use wherever it allows it, and fill the gaps around it.
How much will it really cost?
The price is fixed, and your quote lists everything: the package, any extras and any third-party costs. For example, Growth is $5,400 +GST with the first 3 months of Care included, then $99/month. You can cancel Care with 30 days’ notice.
I’m a one-person business. Is this for me?
Yes. Essentials is built for sole traders and small crews, and you can add more when you need it.
How long does it take?
Essentials usually takes 2 to 3 weeks and Growth 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your content and systems. Your quote includes a timeline.
What if it isn’t right?
If what we deliver doesn’t match the agreed quote, tell us within 30 days of launch and we’ll fix it at our cost.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within one business day to book a free 20-minute call, then send a fixed quote. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote and pay the deposit.
