Common questions

Do I need to show my licence number in my ads?

In Queensland, usually yes. Electrical contractors must show their registered name and electrical contractor licence number on all advertising, including websites, social media, flyers and vehicles (WorkSafe Queensland). QBCC licensees must show the name they're licensed under and their QBCC licence number, easy to read and reasonably prominent (QBCC).

Adbench puts your licence number on every image and every video frame. Use the name on your licence as your business name (or include it). Other states and countries have their own rules, so check with your regulator.

What sizes are the ads?

Square 1080×1080 and portrait 1080×1350 for Facebook and Instagram feeds, and story 1080×1920 (9:16) for Stories, Reels and TikTok, each in three layouts: bold, clean, and before-and-after. You also get a 1080×1080 carousel (3 to 5 slides), a short 9:16 video made from your photos, and an A5 letterbox flyer PDF with a QR code to your website or phone.

Can I use the text in Google Ads?

Yes. Adbench writes Google Ads headlines of up to 30 characters and descriptions of up to 90, the limits for responsive search ads, with a character count and a copy button for each. You also get Facebook and Instagram text, a TikTok caption and a Google Business Profile post.

What won't Adbench put in my ads?

Ads must not be misleading under the Australian Consumer Law. So Adbench leaves out claims like “best”, “cheapest” or “guaranteed”, star ratings and reviews, and only mentions a price or discount if you type in a real offer. You still check everything before you post.

Is Adbench really free?

Yes, with no charge and no credit card. Under our fair use policy you can create one free AI-written ad set per day, per email address (with a small limit per internet connection, so colleagues in one office can each have theirs). Untick “Enhanced with AI” and there's no daily limit: the words are filled in from your own details instead. We email you a 6-digit code the first time. After your ads are made, you can keep editing, downloading and sharing them. If you think the limit has been applied to you by mistake, email support@akinary.com.au.

Can I post straight to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok?

On a phone, the Share button sends your images and video straight to your apps, including Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. On a computer, use Download all, then upload the files in the app or in Ads Manager.

Are my photos uploaded or stored?

No. Your photos and logo stay in your browser, and the images, video and flyer are made on your device. With “Enhanced with AI” ticked, up to three small copies of your photos are sent to the AI so it can write about your work, and they aren't kept. With it unticked, nothing is sent to the AI.

Does Adbench work outside Australia?

Yes. The ads work anywhere Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads do. Licensing and advertising rules differ by country and state, so check what yours require.

Your licence number goes on every image and the video. Adbench only uses the services, areas and offers you give it: no made-up prices, reviews, star ratings, guarantees or “best in town” claims. You still review everything before posting.
