Good to know
- Prices are fixed, in AUD and exclude GST. Anything beyond a package’s limits is a fixed-price extra, agreed before we start.
- An automation is one task that runs by itself, such as a follow-up reminder or a weekly report.
- Essentials and Growth: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Custom: 40% to start, 40% at an agreed midpoint and 20% at launch. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- The first 3 months of Care are included. After that it’s month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Growth and Custom need Care while we run your automations; if you stop, we hand everything over with documentation.
- Third-party costs (for example SMS costs, practice-software add-ons, online forms or AI usage) are passed on at cost and listed in your quote before you commit.

Common questions
Do we have to change our practice management software?
No. We work with the booking and practice software you already use wherever it allows it, and fill the gaps around it.
How much will it really cost?
The price is fixed, and your quote lists everything: the package, any extras and any third-party costs. For example, Growth is $8,900 +GST with the first 3 months of Care included, then $149/month. You can cancel Care with 30 days’ notice.
How do you handle patient information?
Health information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Forms collect only what you need, with consent, and send it into your practice software rather than email wherever it allows. Akinary doesn’t keep patient records, access is limited to what the work needs, and we agree in writing how information is handled before any work starts.
Will our website follow the advertising rules for health services?
We write with them in mind: no testimonials about treatment or results, no claims about outcomes, and practitioner titles used exactly as registered. You approve every page before it goes live, and the content remains your clinic’s responsibility.
Do you work with psychologists and counsellors?
Yes. Forms ask for as little as possible about why someone is seeking help, and each form makes clear it isn’t for urgent help, with crisis contacts.
How long does it take?
Essentials usually takes 2 to 4 weeks and Growth 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your content and systems. Your quote includes a timeline.
What if it isn’t right?
If what we deliver doesn’t match the agreed quote, tell us within 30 days of launch and we’ll fix it at our cost.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within one business day to book a free 20-minute call, then send a fixed quote. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote and pay the deposit.
